This service is for patients who have have previously purchased contact lenses from one of our practices. If you have not purchased contact lenses from us previously, please book an initial contact lens appointment via our online booking service, or by calling your preferred practice.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you have selected to collect your order, we will process your Private Health Fund claim (if applicable) and payment in our practice upon collection.
If you have selected postage, a staff member will contact you to check your postal address and arrange payment before dispatching your order. Please note we are unable to process Private Health Fund claims over the phone.
By regulation your contact lens prescription must be under 12 months old for us to place your order - don’t worry if you’re not sure how long its been since your last consultation, once your order is submitted we will check your file, and if necessary one of our staff will contact you to make an appointment for a vision and eye health assessment.
If our staff have any queries regarding your contact lens order we will contact you prior to placing your order.
